2016 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali

The 2016 Pickup Truck of the Year evaluation proved to be a difficult one for our judges, but not for the reasons that you are probably thinking. By now you picked up that a truck was not from the evaluation. Each participant excelled leaving our judges to wonder once the dust settled, that would climb to the top. It was the ’16 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali that took the honour that is highest and got the name of Pickup Truck of the Year.
GMC’s Sierra 1500 Denali entered our evaluation with a front fascia that was refreshed. The traditionally pampering interior of the truck received an upgrade for. Stuffed beneath the hood was an EcoTec3 6.2L V8 engine mated to an eightspeed automatic transmission. Throughout the evaluation, the judges were impressed by these upgrades — and the Sierra list of attributes. Go over uws dog box to read a guide for truck toolbox with power.
Residents are instantly greeted with amenities which were once reserved for only the best of luxury cars upon sliding in the Sierra Denali. Seating throughout is appointed in leather, and the driver and front passenger are treated to 12way seats which are both heated and ventilated. Foam is utilized to provide support and comfort. For those chilly winter evenings, the steering wheel is warmed. Aluminum trim on center console, steering wheel, doors, and the dashboard are simply 1 example of these premium materials. Speaking of the dash touch material with contrast stitching is used to cap the feel off.
There is not much that wears than a cabin that is loud. In an attempt to deliver the most quiet experience possible, GMC has employed several techniques. Mirrors and doors help keep wind noise outside. Hydraulic and shear body mounts are used, together with engine mounts to reduce vibration. A exhaust system reduces engine noise while at cruising speed, and Active Noise Cancelation works to remove whatever’s left.
The updates for ’16 are located on the exterior of the Sierra Denali. All of the exterior lighting has been updated and is now equipped with LED technology. The front end includes the signature of GMC LED highperformance LED headlights, daytime running lights, and LED fog lights that are thinprofile. Out back, the taillights are new and LED, together with the center highmounted inbed and stoplight lighting. Together with the lighting that was upgraded, the Sierra Denali obtained threebar chrome grille a restyled front bumper, and hood. Bodycolor bumpers, 20inch machinedaluminum wheels, and door handles, mirrors, and side moldings are unique to Denali. Our tester came armed with GMC TriMode electricity measures, which extend rear for hitting to the bed of the pickup and out both for entrance. These were a huge hit with our judges. And the Sierra Denali comes standard with a bed liner with an Denali logo at the front of the bed.
